    Excercise is King and Nutrition is Queen..put them together if you've got a kingdom! And that's none other than Manik Kumar to push you to achieve that!
    Manik is so pragmatic in his approach since day 1. I have trained with him for 5 weeks and he has made my sessions nothing short of excellence and fun at the same time. The best part being he is so flexible with timings to suit according to your needs and requirements. The most approachable, welcoming and efficient in his communication and professional game!! And ofcourse with an amazing studio atmosphere and changing things up to keep workouts more fun.
    I have loved the way he has chased progression and not perfection in any of his clients! I have been pushed way out of my comfort zone and for all the right reasons to discovered a potential I never knew I had. And ofcourse my favourite part of squeezing all that jokes and laughter in between sets.

    I've been training with Manik for over 6 months now and it has been refreshing to meet a trainer so dedicated to their client's fitness goals. Manik makes an effort to create sessions that are specific to your goals rather than a "one-size fits all" strategy and this has been monumental for me in reaching my fitness and strengths goals. He is able to push you past the limits that you set for yourself in your mind and able to visualize your potential.
    Since training with Manik, I have been lifting heavier and working harder at the gym than I ever thought possible! Our sessions are always lots of fun with new challenges each time to look forward to 🙂

    Manik is an amazing, dedicated, positive and passionate trainer! Cannot say enough great things about him! He creates a plan that best suits you and takes into account what your body can do, changing an exercise if it does not suit. He always pushes you to your best and has a positive and supportive attitude to training. I started training a few months ago and have not felt this strong in years!
    The studio is safe and clean with a great atmosphere (and also private). I will definitely be continuing my training here! I highly recommend training with him and giving it a go, he is always flexible to best suit you and a great person to be around.
