Manik is a sincere professional when it comes to personal training, he pushes where it is required and I am able to see a big change in just 2 months of working out with him. The workouts include a combination of HIIT and strength training which is definitely working best for me,recommend Manik as a Personal Trainer!!
Cardio work that Manik trained me for was extra ordinary, 30mins of work with Manik is equivalent to 2hrs gym, in couple of months I have reduced weight significantly and cholesterol level back on track. Manik also alternately trains me with Muscle building which in 2 months we proved to be a big benefit. thank you.
